I was asked to create a full marketing strategy for a Warsaw-based accounting firm. The main goal was to develop a coherent action plan that would help the company effectively reach new clients and optimize sales processes.
Advertising strategy and marketing plan
First, I prepared a detailed plan for advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads to attract clients interested in accounting services. The strategy included prioritizing marketing activities to focus on the most important communication channels that would ensure rapid and effective growth.
Sales funnel and consultation activities
I also developed a sales funnel plan that aimed to maximize customer conversions at every stage of their contact with the company – from the first interaction to the completion of the sale. During the development of the strategy, we had numerous consultations to make sure that all activities were tailored to the specific market and business goals of the accounting firm.
Evaluation and future implementation
The strategy will soon enter the implementation phase, and we will be able to observe its full effects in the coming months. Thanks to the comprehensive approach, from planning advertising activities to building the sales funnel, the company has gained a solid foundation for future development, and its position on the Warsaw market should strengthen significantly.
