278 Customers for epilations in 5 cities

A beauty salon specializing in laser epilation approached me with a challenge: to effectively promote mobile services in various cities, both small and large, gathering clients for each location. The task was to create a campaign on Meta Ads, a key element of which was to precisely match the reach of the ads to the specific cities where the team of beauticians provided their services.

Results

Thanks to a properly planned campaign strategy, I managed to collect 278 customers, with a budget of PLN 4018.04, which translated into an average cost per customer acquisition of PLN 14.45. I effectively adjusted the reach of the ads according to the size of the city, which was crucial to the effectiveness of the campaign, since targeting different areas – both large cities and smaller towns – required different approaches.

Evaluation

This project demonstrated the importance of precise campaign planning in the beauty industry, especially when services are provided on mobile in different locations. Effective targeting and well-prepared advertising content, including scenarios for rollouts, allowed the company to acquire many customers at an optimal cost of leads. The campaign was successful, and the team of beauticians was able to deliver their services as planned, visiting more cities along the way.
