For the past two years, I have been working with a welding company, where I am responsible for comprehensive coordination of marketing activities. A key element of our cooperation is the maintenance of social media channels – Facebook, Instagram, as well as LinkedIn, where we create specialized, industry-specific content in English, reaching customers from all over Europe.
Effects
During this time, the company has grown significantly – it now employs twice as many people (more than 100) and is constantly expanding into other countries. As part of our cooperation, I prepare advertising materials in three languages: Polish, English and German, which we use on a variety of media – from flyers and catalogs to banners and stands for trade fairs.
I pay special attention to building involvement among the local community, which we do through joint charity events and sponsorship of local initiatives. These are activities that not only build a positive image of the company, but also strengthen ties with the community.
Recruitment and Meta Ads campaigns
The recruitment campaigns on Meta Ads that I implemented, despite limited targeting due to regulations, successfully reached candidates and increased the company’s employment. Each campaign was precisely tailored to the specifics of the labor market, which allowed us to achieve the expected results.
