Webinar lead for €1,15

Implementing a campaign to promote a real estate webinar was a challenge, especially due to the restrictions that the Meta Ads system imposes on advertising this type of event. Despite the restrictions, we managed to achieve impressive results – we obtained 666 webinar signups, spending only PLN 3279.11.

Results and implementations

The campaign included comprehensive activities: I prepared a detailed plan for a landing page, thank you page and offer page, which were key elements of the entire registration process. I also implemented FOMO (fear of missing out) elements to encourage participants to sign up faster. Additionally, I automated the sending of emails, which increased the effectiveness of communication with potential participants, and prepared the entire platform for the webinar itself.

Planning process and time consumption

This order required a significant investment of time and detailed planning. Every step – from the creation of the landing page to the implementation of email automation – was carefully thought out, which allowed us to achieve excellent results. The campaign was extensive and multifaceted, and the effectiveness of the activities proved to be very high despite the difficulties associated with advertising properties on social media platforms.

Evaluation

This campaign is an example of how, even in the face of limitations in the Meta Ads system, marketing goals can be effectively met if the approach is well planned and executed with attention to detail. Acquiring more than 600 leads in such a restrictive category is a testament to the effectiveness of the tools and strategies used.
