382 people signed up for the webinar

For a client in the language industry, selling online courses, I implemented a marketing campaign to enroll participants in a webinar promoting the courses. The campaign included a full process – from the preparation of the landing page, through the thank you page, to the automation of emails and the implementation of the entire course module on the e-learning platform. As a result, 382 leads were acquired at an expenditure of PLN 1781.71, which translates into a cost of only PLN 4.66 per enrollment.

Performance and efficiency

The campaign achieved impressive results, acquiring nearly 400 webinar attendees on a relatively low budget. Thanks to precise targeting and engaging content on the landing page, the cost of acquiring a lead was kept extremely low, which significantly increased the efficiency of the entire project.

Comprehensive measures

In addition to the standard elements of the campaign, I additionally handled the implementation of the course modules on the e-learning platform, which allowed for a smooth online course sales process after the webinar. All activities were synchronized – from the landing page to the e-learning platform – which enabled participants to seamlessly transition from signing up for the webinar to purchasing the course.

Evaluation

This order required not only the precise execution of the Meta Ads campaign, but also the implementation of e-learning solutions, which allowed us to comprehensively support the client in selling online courses. Thanks to the low cost of acquiring a lead, the campaign proved to be extremely effective, providing a solid foundation for further development of the sales strategy.
